This paper diicusses about the future developments of organization from the view Point of Paradigm changes of the organization and its futuristic management.In which the Dream Society adovocated by Rolf Jensen is cited as the fundamental society model futuristic management.And then the role of vision for organizatinal management both of business and public sector is treated with the references to the two papers : Envisioning Your Future by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z.Posner;Leading The Vision Team by Burt Naus from the FUTURIST,May-June 1996.
