抄録
The importance of ethics in business is discussed in terms of corporate strategy. "The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism" written by Max Weber is introduced as an example in which ethical people succeed in winning at the business competition. In addition, the Confucian Ethic is compared with the Protestant Ethic and others. Conclusions obtained from the study suggest that succeeding in business and maintaining good trade ethics are mutually compatible. This result and the associated reasons for this have to be investigated precisely.
