Abstract
Quantitative sensory evaluations of skincare products using rheological parameters are reviewed. Herschel-Bulkley equation is related to refresh and moisture feeling and Nutting parameters are applied to clarify the difference among similar moisture ingredients. Other evaluations and application of development of water soluble thickeners using rheological parameters are also reviewed in this article.
