Abstract
The alternating copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxide to give aliphatic polycarbonate is one of the most promising methodologies for the efficient utilization of carbon dioxide as a direct raw material in the synthetic chemistry. In this article, recent author's examples of efficient catalysts for the alternating copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxide are described.
