EVALUATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF IBUNAC USED FOR DISEASES IN OTOLARYNGOLOGICAL FIELD

Abstract
Ibunac, non-steroid and non-p substance, has long been used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases after for rheumatic diseases. The drug has been shown to be effective for treatment of side effects due to large case of steroid, and also far of inflammatory cases.
Ibunac was used for a total of 39 cases. They were 6 cases c acute external otitis media combined, 12 cases c acute pharnygolaryngitis, 6 cases c acute imflammation (cases c temporomandibular joint arthritis and c imflammation of submandibular gtands), 4 cases c chronic otitis: media, 11 cases c chronic pharnyngolaryngitis.
Results were summalized as followed:
1) Ibunac has been shown to be effective for acute inflammatory diseases.
2) The effect was particulary prominent in ealy stages of inflammatory process.
3) Striking therapeutic effect was seen in cases c temporomandibular arthritis.
4) Effect was also seen in acute excerbatian of chronic inflammation.
5) This drug is desirable to be replaced by other drugs when the effect is notobtained in 2-3 days in use for chronic inflammatory diseases.
6) No siginificant side effect was seen in any cases.
