Only 16 cases of temporal bones with malignant lymphoma have been reported previously. We have added four cases, and studied these 20 cases histopathologically about the relation between the type of malignant lymphoma and temporal bone findings. Lymphosarcoma and small cell type non-Hodgkin's lymphoma had a tendency to infiltrate the temporal bone more than Hodgkin's disease and large cell type non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
