Abstract
A survivor search radar that employs microwave to search for survivors that have been trapped beneath collapsed buildings or rubble after earthquake has been developed. Because microwaves can pass through the walls, rubble and other such obstacles, they can use to detect the breathing and other slight movements of survivors who have survived the disaster, even if they are buried under rubble. We further developed radar system that employs antenna array system, which can detect the survivors presence and determine their location.
