Improvement for display method of PTP sheet

Abstract

In order to prevention medication error by improving indication on PTP sheet and bar code. We conducted a survey of level of importance about which information is needed for labeling, designed based on the survey result and evaluated readability of the labels. In addition to the three steps before, an evaluation of similarity was also tested. These efforts succeeded in producing a new PTP sheet package that has clearer identification than before.
