Abstract
Substantiative Smart City projects are in process domestically and abroad with well-diversified scope and perspective. A current case study on EV rapid-charging management system by our company is introduced. Moreover, our approaches to sustainable evolution for smarter cities are presented addressing upgradable system framework in line one another with services, servers and devices.
