Abstract
In this research, we developed simulation-based workshop for medical safety education. The pilot test is done for some nurses with an incident scenario. After doing simulation, nurses commented that they forgot to check the connection of SpO2 probe because they were very upset when they heard the alarm. They also said that the virtual experience of incidents by simulation was more useful than the lectures to understand the mechanism of incidents and to learn how to pre-vent it. The training of medical safety with simulation might be good, but it also has some problems like the matter of the limitation of the number of learners.
