This document describes the concept of “Field Innovation” is collectively changes created by the “Ba” (practical co-innovative scheme within space, organization, relationship) that is designed by professional group. Under the chain system of “R(Research)&D(Development)&D(Diffusion)”, it is evident that those simple models of open-innovation are not workable in order to obtain social leverage effects.
