Abstract

Sensor, information, and robotics technologies would advance the traditional agriculture to a new phase (Smart Agriculture). Efficient use of high-resolution satellite sensors, drone-based sensing systems, and geoinformation systems would strongly support diagnostics and decision making in smart agriculture. Remote sensing and geoinformation technologies will play a key role in smart agriculture.
