抄録

Social productivity of work team is based on “8. Decent work and economic growth” on SDGs. Social productivity is constructed by two phases, first is a teamwork as a social system, secondly is team produc-tivity as a production system within a same team. It is a global positive research activity and it has been continued since 1980’s. It bases on SECI model, and constructs production management as a new paradigm based on team value toward human welfare.
