Abstract

As the shortage of human resources in Gotanda Valley is an issue, and in order to improve the recruitment status in Gotanda Valley, IT engineers will be matched with companies by introducing the Gotanda Valley human resource sharing business model. At the same time, the needs of recruitment at Gotanda Valley companies will be clarified and specific proposals will be presented.
