In this paper, we are introducing business model for revitalizing local businesses, by improving the mobility of elderly people in the housing complex at Yashio Park Town in Shinagawa ward. It is important to state that the population elderly in this public housing is obviously a serious issue within Tokyo city. In future, we will also be proposing a platform that would cater for the daily life support of the community, as well as providing travel services, such as ride sharing, community buses and many others. Other demanding proposals are not limited to life support services, shopping and pick-up services.
