Abstract
The activity of a variety of human resources including woman is indispensable for sustained growth of the Japanese economy. Furthermore, the times of Society 5.0 begin, and it becomes the times when activity of the women of the field of science and technology can contribute to sustained growth more and more. In this study, we model the relationship among the educational process, the career formation, a working life, human relations, family life and a carrier success, well-being of women in the field of science and technology. Furthermore, we compare the models of between women graduating from the department of the university and woman graduating from the graduate school.
