Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the case of IT solution service for the purpose of business transformation
carried out in a building management company. In general, after reviewing the business process
and improving the efficiency of the business by IT systems, create time to think and work on the business
reform, and then the change of employees’ consciousness is born. However, in this case, the employees
performed business transformations by themselves, before the start of IT systems operation. This is a sign
of corporate culture change. This time, we will consider the factors that caused this change of employees’
consciousness from the service perspective.
