Abstract
New ICT such as IoT, AI, Smartphone and 5G is expected to revolve value creation and create new business innovation. This research introduces the concept of the 3rd generation service innovation using such new ICT. In the 3rd generation service innovation, value creation through optimizing total system is important issue, which brings business innovation.
