Using the SECI model as a case study, this paper discusses DX in innovation. In the process of converting tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge (externalization), it is necessary to identify stakeholders with their values and behavioral patterns, and to derive a system architecture that unifies functions (things) and forms (objects) that bring value to them. At the present stage, this DX has not yet been realized, but a significant contribution of computational systems science (systems informatics) is expected. In this presentation, we will consider the path toward the realization of this DX.
