It has been a long time since value co-creation services were said to be the completed form of services. However, I have not come across a co-creation service where the transformation beyond the expectation happens in both company and customers. Recently, Tech Residence's share house service is a value co-creation service from any angle and has been successful in terms of business. This paper shows the difference between conventional value co-creation service and advanced value co-creation service, and the case of advanced value co-creation service.
