Key Points of Createing an Individual Evacuation Plan Based on Persons Requiring Special Consideration During a Disaster

Abstract

In recent years, the creation of individual evacuation plans for people requiring assistance during a disaster has been requested, but it has not been sufficiently promoted. Therefore, we categorized the facts of the evacuation of people requiring assistance in the areas affected by the July 2018 heavy rain disaster in chronological order, and grasped the actual situation and characteristics of evacuation. We have summarized them as key points when creating an individual evacuation plan.
