Abstract

Concerning the “Seven viewpoints of the seesaw model” which is existing research on meta-prevention, this paper studies how to balance the seesaw based on the relations with Eastern and Western moral philosophy. Specifically, it is shown that practical use of “Four-layer structure of recognition for the Universal”(Nishida philosophy) becomes the driving force to bring about action transformation and agreement formation. Utilizing this four-layer structure of recognition is useful in dealing with various risks as well as correspondence to COVID-19 where numerous contradictions and defects were revealed.
