Abstract

Based on my wide-ranging experiences working at a private research institute, creating venture company, and teaching at educational institution, I will discuss the importance of career diversity and continuous learning. Also, based on my study at MIT Sloan School of Management and the impact on his subsequent career, I will explain the significance of developing human resources through recurrent education and self-help efforts.
