両利き能力のDXへの影響分析

抄録

This paper reports on some aspects of the actual state of DX based on a questionnaire survey, and analyzes the relationship between ambidextrous capabilities and DX. As a result, three scales of ambidextrous capabilities were derived, revealing that exploration facilitates DX of innovative themes, while exploitation for process facilitates IT use of traditional efficiency introduction.
