Extraction of the Competencies Required for Digital Human Resources Using Text Mining

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies required for digital human resources. Using text-mining on verbatim transcripts obtained from the interview survey, a comparison of the perceptions of engineers belonging to business firm and system integrator was conducted. As a result, words such as “communication” and “team” were extracted as characteristics for the business firm, while words such as “skill,” “evaluation,” and “customer” were extracted for the system integrator.
