Development of a Workshop to improve the competencies required for digital human resources in business companies

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of improving the competencies of digital human resources in operating companies. In this paper, we first report an overview of the survey research on the competency of digital human resources that has been conducted to date. Next, we introduce the workshop we developed to solve issues related to the development of digital human resources at operating companies, which were extracted from the survey results.
