Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine physical fitness and motor ability based on the same age. This study was used the data of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science & Technology for 42 years from 1965 to 2007.We compared the mean value of each year based on the same age. The results as follows; 1. In 50-m dash, it is showed a tendency to decrease gradually of measurement from to 9 years in males and females. 2. In long-distance running, it is showed a tendency to decrease gradually of measurement from to 19 years in males. But it is showed a tendency to increase gradually of measurement from to 19 years in females. 3. In standing broad jump, it is showed a tendency to decrease gradually of measurement from 7 years to 9 years in males and females. 4. In handball throwing , it is showed a tendency to decrease gradually of measurement from to 16 years in females.The body height and weight were increasing each year. Accordingly, the physique is developmental tendency , but it is seems that physical fitness is decreasing each year. Especially, the growth of the muscle of trunk is decreasing.
