We have established how to regulate tissue histology by using Fuzzy Set Chaos Theory (BMFSA Kyushu). We applied this theory on to metastatic tumor cell that proliferate rapidly and migrate into suburban organ and tissue. The basic regulation was to plane gene expression by programming with F-BASIC/WINDOWS to envelop metastatic malignant cell by commanding fibroblast to move around the metastatic cells in the tissue. The ON commands we used were 1) synthesize collagens by ascorbic acid, 2) increase collagen mRNA translation by adding glycine, proline, cysteine, 3) envelop metastatic cell by combining collagens with elastin activated by calcium, 4) proliferate fibrogenic cells by thiamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamine. A supplement stop was used for the OFF command. Commands were transduced by blood current, and monitored by X-ray photography and CT-scan.
