Investigation for Tumor marker Examination and Diagnosis by Internet

Abstract

We have established and proposed the marker search programs for distinguish tumor markers for research, order and diagnosis. The Program (DSCAN : direct scan) was created for line searching in basically, and possible to be searched by paragraphically. The constructions of data were arranged extremely specific (3), very specific (2), specific (1), not important (0.5) for diagnosis according to the detectable frequencies in organ levels. Specific Score was fuzzy inferred by multiplied frequency (%), order of frequency (1-11), and specificity (0.5, 1, 2, 3). The origins of tumor marker naming were also described with shortened abstracts.
