ファジィ推論を用いたMRSA敗血症の迅速診断(一般講演7)

MRSA sepsis is still the most fatal disease among various nosocomial infections in our country. To cure patients with MRSA sepsis, rapid diagnosis is essential. However, it takes several days to identify MRSA in a laboratory, while MRSA sepsis causes DIG within a few days resulting in patient death. Thus, vancomycin therapy often starts too late to cure patients. In this study, we tried to create a rapid diagnosis system for MRSA sepsis using fuzzy inference. Clinical data of 5 patients with the disease were applied to the system, then the usefulness was evaluated.
