A new stochastic model of the energy conversion occurring in bacterial flagellar motor , which utilizes the thermal diffusion, stochastic resonance, and coherent states, is proposed. In this model, the influx of ions across the channel causes the coherent motions and stochastic resonance between the mot-A/FliG complex and the proton ions induced by thermal diffusion. The mot-A/FliG complex digging into the inner membrane is connected with each other ,which produces travelling waves (lattice wave) in one of the sub components of the motor, the C ring . This wave stabilizes the cyclical coherent motion which generates the rotating force. This phenomenon is therefore referred to the ultra sonic motor, traveling wave type, as well as actin myosin system which is the ultra sonic motor of Langeivin type.
