Abstract

Wisdom is knowledge to do an efficient action. To create wisdom therefore, it is required to collect a lot of knowledge. We developed The WEB diary system to collect a lot of low-level knowledge by a simple input form. The knowledge base in the WEB diary is composed of a simple form by the XML document, and WEB diary system has the function to use the full-text search If we get the way to collect the knowledge dynamically, it is hope to construct to create wisdom.
