This Paper describes the trial system that is named partner & server computing system. Partner & Server computing system is the system that records know-how knowledge . know-how knowledge is the personal chip of knowledge ,it doesn't have general administrative information so it can't recorded into usual information retrieval system. It is the problem how to record a personal know-how knowledge,and how to convert Individual know-how information into general knowledge that everyone can use.
