It is observed that there is a gap of the expectation for the student between the practice leader and the midwife course student through the practice of every day. The aim of this research is to clarify the gap, and to obtain better learning and a smooth practice in future. The subject is midwife course students and the practice leaders in five hospitals. The research was done by the questionnaire for them. As for the result, a significant difference was seen on eight items among 29 items. On the basis of these results, it is possible for midwife course student to practice smoothly in the future.
