In recent years, a treatment called the implant which is technique to embed an artificial dental root in a direct jawbone as a treatment to supplement the natural tooth has been developed. It is necessary to perform a simulation to embed an implant to the correct position without injuring a bloodvessel and the nervous system before an operation. Because a bloodvessel and the nervous system exist a lot in the jawbone region. However, the burdens to a doctor increase to perform many manual operations for a series of simulation because of long processing time. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an extraction technique on inferior nerve canal region from dental CTImage by considering main bloodvessel and nervous system.
