Radio wave and magnetic coupling are mainly used for bio-signal wireless transmission from embedded device. However, there are some problems such that the system using radio wave consumes not less power and transmission range of method using magnetic field is very short. Overcoming these problems may lead to wider application of the wireless embedded devices. In this research, we proposed bio-signal wireless transmission technique from embedded device with 3D-code displayed on LCD. 3D-code means time dependent 2D-code. Power consumption at radio communication module can be reduced remarkably by using this technique because LCD requires low electric power. In this report, we tested two kind of display devices under near infrared light. The result shows that electronic paper may be used to display 3D-code through the skin.
