Japanese people have eaten rice, wheat, a fish, and vegetables for a long time from the Heian period. 1 time of mealtime is said to be 20 minutes - 30 minutes, and the number of times of digestion is said to be about 1500 times. With the decrease of the number of times of digestion, various bad influences have come out in the man of today, and the representative case is overweight and periodontosis. Moreover, the digestion in which it made a mistake in the case of a meal is mentioned as one of the causes of temporomandibular disorder or the odontoparallaxis. As a prevention method and a remedy, the right digestion in the case of a meal and the suitable number of times of digestion are held. By doing so, the amount of secretion of saliva increases, and a satiety center is stimulated, and it prevents overeating and it not only promotes digestion, but becomes an overweight improvement. The effect that saliva flushes the various germs in a mouth becomes periodontosis prevention, and also promotes development of the head, the bone of a jaw, and the muscles of a face, and prevents temporomandibular disorder and the odontoparallaxis. This research examines the system which measures a motion of the month in the case of a meal using a personal digital assistant camera, and it urges to the right digestion.
