Abstract

The purpose of this research presumed the survival rate that used ISS to be a chest injury value evaluation when the wheelchair falls. In AIS of a side fall and a back fall of the wheelchair, a maximum of 2. The survival rate was about 60 percent in side fall. However, it has been clarified that the survival rate rises up to about 100 percent by equipping it with the bicycle helmet.
