入院日数に影響を及ぼす入院時状態について

The relations to the length of stay (LOS) have been investigated among the ten hospitals, the departments, gender, age, the condition in hospitalization, using Diagnosis Procedure Combination survey data．The LOS index (LOS/average LOS) was calculated and the rates of patients number in which the value of LOS index was lower than 1.00 were estimated in each node with decision tree analysis. The rate of patients with shorter LOS than ALOS was lower in cases with introduction from other hospital than in cases without introduction. The affected items on LOS were as follows; a hospital, a department, the presence of introduction from the other hospital, agreement of administration disease and primary disease, scheduled hospitalization or not and so on.
