DPC データからわかる糖尿病について

抄録

The length of stay (LOS), fee for service and DPC/PDPS in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (2^nd DM) were investigated concerning defined comorbidity complication of DPC/PDPS system by using DPC survey data. The LOS of 2^nd MD was found to be longer than that of the other disease and medical fee of 2^nd DM was also showed to be lower than that of the other disease. Only dementia among 6 kinds of comorbidity affected a LOS by decision tree analysis.
