In our study group, it was thought to lead to effective prevention of low back pain if it is possible to estimate the intervertebral disc load in various postures. Therefore, the vertebral end from the presence closer to the body surface to estimate the change in the gap between the vertebrae from the motion of the vertebrae, has been considered to be evaluated disc load through the gap change.
