According to “district extinction theory”, it is pointed out that 896 local governments become extinct. Author said, “The young group moves to the bad urban area of the child care environment. As a result, a district declines, and Japan breaks into the population decline society surely.” In this paper at first I take up new thought to stand up from the local spot. Second, I arrange it about “artificial intelligence and the point of future idea” of the economy. Finally I learn from a Finnish model and add examination about education.
