ICD-11 経脈病証を基にした健康調査票について

— 経脈病証による健康調査票（OHQ M）との比較 —

抄録

The World Health Organization (WHO) published new International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) including East Asia traditional medicine on 18 June 2018. ICD-11 includes the most important Main Meridian Patterns in Acupuncture and Moxibustion medicine. We created a health questionnaire for Meridian vessel patterns identification in 2014 (OHQ M). We compared the healthy questionnaire based on Main meridian patterns of ICD-11 (OHQ-MⅡ) with the OHQ M. As the result, the concordance rate of both question items indicated 71.5%. Furthermore, it was considered that OHQ-MⅡ reduced patient's burden, because the number of the question items in OHQ-MⅡ less than OHQ M.
