Abstract

World Health Assembly agreed to adopt the eleventh revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-11) on 25 May 2019. ICD-11 has the Main Meridian Patterns as the most important in Acupuncture and Moxibustion medicine. At first, this paper presents the outline of the meridian and collateral systems. Recently studies in the meridian and collateral are then explained concisely at the next chapter. Finally, studies of the application on the meridian and collateral systems are discussed．
