We have measured production of spin traped OH radicals obtained by ultrasound from aqueous solutions containing spin traps. The concentration of spin traped OH radicals has measured by X-bandESR, however,it did not have measured by L-bandESR for real-time measurement of radicals by ultrasound sonicating. In this study,we investigated concentration of OH-HTIO adduct obtained by ultrasound from aqueous solutions containing HTIO. To quantity amount of the ultrasonic induced radicals, HTIO of 6mM was dissolved in water of 4500μl. The solution was placed into a cylindrical grass cell (20mm in diameter and 15mm height) and was sonicated by PZT transducer attached at the bottom of the cell. The sonication frequency was 1MHz and the voltage applied on the transducer was 100V. We measured production of OH-HTIO adduct by L-bandESR. It was found that possible to detect L-bandESR spectra of OH-HTIO adduct obtained by ultrasonic sonication.
