Abstract

PrAlO₃-based perovskite-type oxide doped with Ca, Fe, Co, Mg were prepared by citrate-route method. Oxygen permeation flux was investigated at the temperature range 750°C≤T≤1000°C. In addition, the total electrical conductivity was investigated as a function of oxygen partial pressure range 10^-12≤pO₂≤0.21 atm by means of the four-probe technique.
