Abstract
Resistive oxygen sensors based on cerium oxide thick films was developed for application of the system using fuel-air -ratio feedback control. For the evaluation of fast response in terms of milliseconds, a test system of fast response for oxygen gas sensor was designed. The system using the method of periodical change of oxygen partial pressure created by the change of the total pressure, the measurement with the response times in terms of millisecond was succeeded.
