Abstract
Metal element M doped La2/3(Ti, M)O3 has interesting electrical properties. La0.64Ti0.92Nb0.08O3 exhibits an orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition at a high temperature, but detailed structural information is not known yet. From the results of high-temperature neutron and synchrotron diffraction measurements, we found the existence of reversible phase transition at 355°C. The structure of high-temperature phase at 467°C was refined by Rietveld analysis (space group P4/mmm).
