Abstract
Crystal orientation of Al2O3/GdAlO3(GAP) MGC materials was investigated by the Laue and the Pole-figure method. The growth direction of Al2O3 phase and GAP phase were determined to be about 10° tilted from [110] and 5-20° tilted from [111], respectively. Both Phases showed single crystal orientation.
