Abstract

PZT-Al2O3 nano composite layer prepared by aerosol deposition method was reported. Dry-milling and aerosol mixing procedure were introduced for fabrication of the composite structure. Plastically deformation of PZT particles in deposited layer was observed. Mechanical and electrical properties were changed in proportion to mixing ratio between PZT and α-Al2O3.
